Entity: Nouveau Riche Holdings Limited

Applicability: All visitors, registered members, apprentices, clients, and partners accessing nouveauriche.org and subsidiary domains.

  1. About the Company Nouveau Riche Holdings Limited (NVRiche) is an ecosystem infrastructure company incorporated in the Republic of Kenya (PVT-6Y1YPLA6). NVRiche is NOT a training school, college, recruitment agency, bank, or financial institution.

  2. Single Account & Seat Policy One Person, One Seat, One Account: Every user is allowed exactly one active account. Duplicate accounts detected via phone number, email, or National ID checks will be blocked or merged.

Primary and sector communities carry a strict cap of 100 active seats per community. Waitlist members pay KES 625/month for community access until an active seat opens.

  1. Fees, Payments & Trial Mode Trial Period: October 2026 operates as a free trial mode for launch communities. Paid billing commences 1 November 2026.

Fee Structure:

Free Community: KES 0

Sector / Subsidiary Community Member: KES 1,250/month

Waitlist Seat: KES 625/month (non-refundable, non-creditable)

Academy Apprentice Track: KES 2,500/month

Non-Member Talks: KES 200/session

Non-Member Sources of Income Sessions: KES 300/session

Payments are collected via authorized M-Pesa STK Push / Bank channels.

Lapse Protocol: Reminders are sent 5 days prior to renewal. Failure to pay results in Pending status (Day 4), Suspension (Day 7), and Escalation/Seat forfeiture (Day 14).

  1. Intermediary Status & No Guarantees Independent Practitioners: Practitioners bidding for jobs via NVRiche subsidiary platforms (e.g., Tech Solutions, Management Solutions) operate as independent contractors. NVRiche acts solely as an infrastructure coordinator and marketplace intermediary; NVRiche is not the delivering party.

No Income / Job Guarantees: Participation or membership in any NVRiche program or community does not guarantee income, employment, contracts, revenue, or clients.

Funding Requests: Submitting a funding or loan access request via the portal does not guarantee funding. NVRiche does not lend money. Loan access is facilitated exclusively through independent, regulated third-party financial institutions.

  1. Escalations, Moderation & Termination NVRiche maintains strict governance standards. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of community safety, fraudulent bidding, non-payment, or circumvention of platform escrow.

  2. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the Laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be subjected to informal mediation by NVRiche Management, failing which it shall be referred to arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act (No. 4 of 1995).
